GOOD INTENTIONS


This project is a collaboration with the textile department of Shenkar and the Paralympics organization in Israel. Meytar, a student of textile and I had the opportunity to design a uniform to Adam Bardichevsky, a wheelchair tennis player that competes in Rio 2016 and will be in Tokyo 2020. Together we tried to make the most dynamic, breathable, easy and light fabrics and design, as Adam asked to because suffering from the hit. Therefore we took inspiration from the Mashrabia methods, by the structure and the purpose. We created all the fabrics by ourselves, weaving the shirt, knitting the ribs and printing on the nylon ( that is the only one we didn't create from zero
